I think they have oversupply after the first year for sure.
What's the overhead? They're hititng the point where they're grabbing unsold merch. The buyer is paying shipping and handling, this isnt costing them much, even if numbers are lower than they used to be. If it wasn't profitable for them they wouldn't be doing it.

For 200 dollars, it keeps them connected. They get a surprise box every quarter of overpriced garbage but I guess to them, it's important.

It would be nice for them to find a way to cater to other types of fans. Especially those who care about the music.

Without Jon owning the rights to his music and the fact that he hasn't done much since his vocal surgery, I guess this is the corner they backed themselves into to keep some type of fandone alive.

Talking about Jon's silence about music... I often check the ASCAP/BMI list of songs written by him and some are being added to it sometimes, new and old (but which weren't there before).

This two last weeks, they've added ""coincidentally"" Ain't Done Yet and Chasing the Storm there.

I think the last show was a repeat of Miami 2016, the last "new one" was Hammerstein Ballroom 2002.
