Are we arguing the $17 is what the items are valued at or what they sell for retail?

Yeah, I thought he meant that the value was set at $17 for the customs, so that he wouldn't have to pay too much tax on it. Right?

It was labeled as a Christmas box and it fitted the season quite well. And I absolutely like my tumbler.
