Why. Why put on this trip, need everyone to prove they don't have it when you could just wait. I mean I KNOW why but this is going to be such a mess.

This is just another reason why I can't be assed with the band anymore.

Honestly, the latest 2 years or so in particular with these cruises and stuff has massively put me off Jon and dare I say it, the brand.

The same people are going to be at the front who have been given their tickets. It's going to be the same songs with the same shit dance moves.

I've seen the band get a lot of negativity but the reaction to the Twitter post of this announcement was another level.

Matt is doing this Facebook live because of that. He's trying to sell it even more and have the usual suspects up his ass in the comments.

Yeah, pretty much the first time I'm really feeling bad about the band. And that's saying something after almost 30 years.

I've tweeted at Matt and Runaway tours how wrong this is and how I dislike what has become of JBJ and the brand, and how sick ol' Jerry will have a good time and get the first questions (with mentions of course). Let's see who blocks me first

They should change the name to Brand Jovi.

the 3 songs from lh in the experience is definetely astep into the right direction..
the quality could be higher, the songs mixed edited better but still i ll be happy if these proshots appear once in a while..
regarding the trip etc its sad...obviously its easy money but hurts bjs legacy on the longrun...

Pretty much my sentiments exactly. How someone can claim to be on the side of the working man, turn around and with no hint of irony, charge up to $2000 a ticket is beyond me.

In my head I like to think that 90's Jon, the Jon that still had a desire and passion to succeed, would be disgusted by all this.

I just can't stomach Bon Jovi anymore. Pretty much anything Jon has done for the last 4 or 5 years has pushed me further and further away from the band. Add this to the Super League stuff going on this week and I've lost faith in so much that meant so much to me.

It is an interesting consideration for sure. Grey Summer JBJ, burnt out by the music business, the band almost driven to exctintion / breaking up by too much touring, dissillusioned with it all... tell him, hey, it's me, from the future! In 30 years Richie will have quit the band due to overtouring, you will be playing cruise ships exclusively to people who can afford a $1500+ price tag ("the people's band"), Alec of course is long gone by then. Also, you will have insisted on that tour that broke the band because you wanted to buy a football team. Did I mention you will have explicitly political lyrics about being there for the small time guy, available as back printings on the $50 shirts your brother will be selling for you by then?

Shudder. "The Fire Inside" my ass. At least he stopped the CEO bullshit as far as the rhetoric is concerned.
