The more I think about it, I don't think them showing the fan club the new video two days early is really that reprehensible. It doesn't fall under content you can only get there but seeing it a few days early is kind of cool if you're into the current state of the band.

They kept the terms and agreements so vague as to what it included so much so that they haven't really steered far, it's just what they've chosen has been so under-whelming. And they threw a bunch of gasoline on the fire by showing the vaults and not including more from it. To show that massive vault and give stuff from the Lost Highway DVD, if they were putting out ten things a month and that's just one of ten, whatever who cares. But that's not really the case here.
