No, Jon at the Q&A was saying how he thinks it'd do so well on the radio etc...

He likened it to Prayer being released after Bad Name and how that exploded and thinks this would too. It wouldn't.

It's catchy. That's about it.

I was smiling because all reviews so far have more or less skipped over this one, basically saying it's okay. It'd be classic A&R Jon to think it'll do well though

Yeah, he was saying before it got played that this song is one he's certain would do well on radio etc

Then when it finished said 'come on, you can't say you don't see that being played everywhere on radio'

It's less upbeat than Legendary. It's not a bad song but it's certainly not great.

So is Kiss The bride some kind of power ballad or more line Story of love? Piano driven or more guitar?

Definitely more Story Of Love. Almost felt like part two. It's better than that, though. No outro like Story Of Love or anything.

he is desperate to have some success on the radio but insists every time to release the wrong singles...go figure!!!
he should just listen to the fans for once

No way. Fans don't know what they want either.

Fans seem to think that if their personal favourite song got put out to the world, radio will swoon and everyone will fall in love with the band again. It's going to go exactly how always goes for Bon Jovi. Semi-strong release off the top then then the steady decline.

Exactly. If fans picked singles we'd have had Something To Believe In being the lead single from These Days.
