Hopefully he'll get influence from the Newspaper again.

Maybe he'll write about how wonderful the Biden Administration has been doing.

A sequel to Walls would be killer.

I have a feeling that "stay-relevant-Jon" once again outbid "give-the-fans-the-vaults-Obie" and that 2024 may bring an album/tour, but once again nox Box Set. Can't see them doing both. Especially given that past 40 years.

I still have faith it's happening. Jon's too cheap to film a documentary and spend the last few years bankrolling the process of digitizing the library to do nothing with it.

Whether they'll bookmark them end of the year or do both at the same time to capilotade on renewed interest from announcing a tour around the 40th anniversary/a new album the public doesn't want, nothing has made me think the box set is off the table.

Even so, it is strange that they release, in the same year, a new album, a documentary series and a 40th anniversary boxset with rarities.

Hopefully everything is true and released.

I dont see a boxset being released the same year as an album.
Maybe the boxset has been shelved seeing as the 40th anniversary was meant to be this year then they say the real anniversary isnt until next year??!

Its bad planning to release 2 things in same year after 3 years of nothing. Boxset couldve been released anytime in last 18 months.

They've said for months and months that January 2024 = the 40th anniversary date. It's wild people are acting like this is being delayed or canceled. Why is it so strange for both to come out the same year? The album will promote the tour (and vice versa) and the box set is a look back, is anyone really expecting a release like 100 Million? I can't see it being a phsyical product with a hard bound case etc. It's not gonna happen in this econonmy/state of the band. Maybe it will all be digital, no one really knows.

Regarding this new album, I'm hoping for more artistic qualities. Bon Jovi have always been a mainstream rock anthem band, maybe anthem band more recently. But not sure Jon's voice could do an anthem record. Songs like Story of Love would be grand!

Frankly it wouldn't surprise me if they'd slap it to the new release to get the new release to ship more copies.

Salaam Aleikum,
