It's a shame that more people haven't commented on the lyrical content and meaning. Anyway, huge thanks to Symbeline and Superkid for offering their perspective and Ditricha for providing the interview with Jon explaining the references.

I thought the first verse was about the narrator but told in general. However, if you look at it as a bit of prophecy for Trump, it fits better. Better with the context of the second verse which could be narrated by the same person but not towards someone else but from his view as refugee, who came across the border to find a better life and the struggles connected to it.

The third verse continues in the same way as the first one. Telling Trump and his administration what has happened and what's going to happen. So all three verses are one narrator.

The chorus doesn't fit that much because it rather places the narrator in the role of prey than telling Trump what's gonna happen to him.

The bridge makes a twist with the narration. For me, it's obviously someone, maybe even the original narrator, ironically taking a role of a typical Trump's voter a just a troll using today's internet and social network's powers to change things or stir up things.
