Richie back in the band???

FYeah I hope this is true.

No one can cover for Jon's failing voice like Richie. And with Richie on tour there is a chance of fan requested rarities. Without him there is none.

I don't know anything about the DJ who started this rumor, but it would seem to me he must have heard it from a reliable source. Otherwise if he announced rumors that repeatedly turned out to be false, no one would ever believe a word he said.

He also mentions that Jon and Richie didn't see eye to eye and Richie is not around anymore.

This was an interesting watch. Cool to hear him open up about the band's hesitation to let him in. He sounded a bit out of the loop as far as the next release, makes you wonder if he'll even be involved in the touring.

Thanks for the link. Interesting. He did sound out of the loop about the next album like he wasn't playing on it. But he didn't sound like there were any problems between him and Jon.

Enjoyable video. I know that people here love to bash Bobby. He certainly didn't belong as the lead guitar player in Bon Jovi - his style is completely different. But I have watched him for 25 years - first as part of Southside's band and obviously later as part of Bon Jovi's band. When he sings and plays acoustic he is one of the best.

nice interview, i guess bob confirms what we already knew...that there was a fall out and there have been some in the past...like in hand era...when he joined bj for the first time.
bob looks like a humble guy but i d like for him to have some more respect for bjs history...for gods sake you dont even know the albums???nj???anyway its obvious jon liked his "alternative" style which fitted perfectly destination. in the coming years and albums i think bobby stayed because he was cool, had similar background and can really sing.

It's not a matter of respect, the guy is a human jukebox that has learned how to play more songs than Jon's forgotten he wrote. You ask someone point blank what happened the year you met someone in 198soemething they're going to probably draw a blank. Dude is getting older.
