Sambora's solo work and these re-recorded songs with a violin just put WAN into a shame!
Such a breeze of fresh air!

I haven't heard anything off of What About Now that i'd put in the same class as tracks 7-10 of Aftermath. And while i'm not a fan of Taking A Chance On The Wind as is on the album I love the re-recorded rendition with Ann Marie.

There's some great stuff on both albums. It shows what would happen if the band was on the same page giving it their all. I'll say The Fighter wipes the floor with World though

I feel like Richie is much more open to outside input when writing/recording than Jon is. You don't here about BJ jamming in the studio like Richie kept talking about when recording Aftermath.

Either you like what Richie does or you don't (I do) I think there is one thing you cannot deny: with his solo he enjoys himself as a musician not just as a song writer .... he is happy and it shows ....

The reason musicians should write is for love of music not for cash. And Richie has proved he enjoys it for fans just look at the performance level he's at now yes he's not what he's was 20 years ago but the guy is over 50

I for one would love him to make more solo albums, but what would that mean for Bon Jovi's future? Would he be less involved with BJ, album by album?

I would love for Richie to keep doing solo albums. I really love Aftermath, it's been on in our car for a good chunk of the time since it was released. Unfortunately his output seems to be better than Bon Jovi as a whole, though. He was having just as much fun as we were at his solo show in LA, and I'd love for him to do more albums/tours.

Why Richie is asking us about the track which wasn't officially released - so he should rather keep quiet about it than discuss it?

For me, the answer is that very soon he'll release the violin version and then... EP?

What a baffling tweet. Baffling.
