Richie Solo Album: "Aftermath Of The Lowdown" - September 18th Release Date

That sounds good. I can't wait... Hope they're gonna tell the world the release date and the title.. or some songs' titles...

I think this could be Richie's most successful album. Bon Jovi has established quite a loyal fanbase in the years since his last album was released and a lot of people will buy it just because he's Bon Jovi's guitarist. He can reach so many more people now through the internet than he could having to rely on radio stations and music stations that played only a limited number of songs back in the day. He can post new song clips on Facebook and Twitter and You Tube and reach MILLIONS of followers, something unheard of in the 90's. I feel like some adult-oriented radio stations will pick up his single too. I know the Pulse on Sirius XM plays newer Bon Jovi songs all the time so they'll probably pick up Richie's single too.

He could, Becky, if he wanted to. The past already showed that he is not very interested in using the new media. Both of his official homepages were closed down and never had any news. The only news we get are either posted by Nikki Lund or Luke Ebbin.

That's a good point. Therein lies why I don't think it's smart to go after Luke for botching things up. He's running Richie's social media team, so to speak, and that's not his job. It shouldn't be up to the producer to drum up excitement and give video footage and make hash tags for the product.

It is if he's paying him extra to do it... which he probably is.

Fair point, I didn't really consider it. I don't think he's doing enough to warrant an extra paycheck, to be honest. He's certainly drumming up support and getting people excited but not at the level of someone hired to do so.

Long story short MORE VIDEOS PLEASE hah.

To be honest, these videos haven't done a lot for me, I'd much rather see the title and the tracklist next than another grainy 30 second video with shitty sound. Or a proper audio snippet from a finished track would be good

Meh both of those are still a ways off and unrealistic to get this early. I'm sure we'll get those, I'm digging these glimpses in the meantime.

hmm, unrealistic for snippets yes, but i think an album title and some song titles are extremely realistic at this time.
