Technical problems doesn't seem to be the case, as for Osaka both Captain Crash and Someday I'll be Saturday Night were used as B-Sides. With Johannesburg Saturday Night was used in the broadcast. Probably just Obie being Obie...

Perhaps in that V. round table, Jon will unveil a commemorative launch of SWW for Christmas. It is not too late yet.
