Cool to here SFTP with some different lyrics.

Same thing, I just wish one more song had been added - Dry County (Richie play the guitar solo in a different way, and Jon finishes the song off with lines of Springsteen's Point Blank). I always liked that peformance in particular, brilliant in my opinion.

A shame.

hi

good set list.
Where did the time go when Obi broadcast the full concerts? Each time we have the right only to partial concerts.

Good question!

Originally it seemed that the shows could be any length, i.e we got full Metlife 2013 @ 3hrs, full Sunrise 2006 etc, but most seemed to be missing at least 2-3 tracks. Then it transitioned to a split shows earlier this year, with each half generally not exceeding 70mins. Since Cincinati 87 Pt 1, all shows have been under 60 mins.

With today's show, were down to 45 mins and the songs seem to be specifically picked. I would love if Obie gave a little more info in his introductions as to why songs are missing or shows aren't complete, etc. Perhaps these songs were mixed back in 94/95 to be used for singles or similar, and were never used.

Having said that, very grateful to get what were getting and what we have got already. Its really cool to hear SFTP and TAALS pre-release,as well as The Answer, Let It Bleed, Always w/out drum intro and the others. Hopefully Count Basie 94' will be aired at some point as a complete or close to complete show, ala Count Basie 95'.

Just waiting on Cincinati 87' Part 2!!

Hopefully the full show, Diamond Ring and Hey God were already released in 2010. And the audience recording is overloaded with talking Italians

Sorry, don't be offended and I know it might sound stupid. But every Friday night he travels to the US to be able to log in with his Laptop and listen to these shows. That's real dedication, this guy is a true legend!
