SiriusXM Bon Jovi Radio ch. 709 stuff

Hi all,

So i decided to send the JBJ Exp team an email to see if they could shed some light. Obviously the Sirius XM stuff is a different department, however thought they might be able to pass along or provide some info. They came back to me really quickly.

I asked "I’ve noticed that the weekly “Live from the Archives” has become a repeat of previous shows for the last 4+weeks. I was hoping someone might be able to confirm if the live series is finished and there will be no new content?"

There response as follows:

"We don’t have any information on that. We were told it will be an ongoing thing. Next year is the bands 40th anniversary and I know big things will be happening.

Sorry we don’t have any information."

I think they are focusing on the 40th anniversary. Guess Obie's busy with that.

Personally, I think at some point Live from the Archives will come back with new stuff when Obie has a free slot.

Not yet. The announcement is normally within the next 5 hours. Will do my best to listen and let everyone know.

Update:

Confirmed as Paris 1997 - JBJ Solo repeat.

I've been back and forth with the JBJ Exp team over the last few days and they have confirmed a few things.

Big plans for the 40th Anniversary and they have not been told that the live series is finished. They understood from management that the live series would be ongoing. I assume that Obie is busy with some other stuff and this is not priority.

Cincinnati 87' Part 2 will not be uploaded to the experience as there is a technical issue with the recording. I'd assume the technical issue is that it hasn't been mixed, as Obie says part 1 in the intro. I don't think he would have said part 1 if a part 2 wasn't coming at some point, e.g. Nashville 2013 wasn't announced as part 1.

The team is currently digging into the archives to find more content for the Experience and Sirius XM.
