I can't tell if it's pure garbage or something worth listening to once and never again.

It's somewhere in the middle of that.

So far just added intros and outros. I feel like I've heard most of this stuff already. The Slippery Blue Ray, etc

Borderline with Richie on vocals - Richie fans are going to love it but he's terrible on the verses... the song is definitely not built for him.

If this is true, for the love of pete, if the diehards can't be happy with this, can we all just call it a day? The thin marginalized audience we are has got to celebrate things like this.

I can't quite tell if you're being sarcastic, but let's be real—before those two NJ tracks, this wasn't exactly groundbreaking.

The three versions of Runaway dropped last year... total bust.

The digital Blu-ray versions from Slippery—I could tell they were added in during editing because the waves didn’t match. Another bust.

Only Loney - I think it was a different take - this is the highlight for me... Not because it was anything special but I'm just a huge fan of that album.

Borderline with Richie—meh, okay at best.

Then there’s Stick to Your Guns with bagpipes and Bad Medicine with a harmonica and talk box... Cool

For the outro, they played a remix of Blaze for next week so we'll see what that brings.

Like I said, it's fun for a listen or two, but it’s just a cup of coffee—Jon nailed it with that analogy.

What they really need to do is bundle everything up by album and just release it all—demos, outtakes, the works.

No one's getting any younger, and this stuff is just going to die in the vaults

My items of note.

Runaway. Although we already have these recordings, it's interesting to hear Jon and Obie reminisce.

Only Lonely is cool. Slightly different intro and guitar parts. Interesting.

Prayer seems to the be 5.1 mix, however doesn't fade out like that version does. I need to check if this matches the LOAP outro at the start of the Stuttgart 96 show.

Raise Your Hands intro is great. Much like the In And Out Of Love intro guitar solo. No fade out and the drums seem more forward in the mix. Love it!

Borderline is great. This is a proper gem!! Would love to hear more stuff like this with the other guys on Vocals.


Bad Medicine. I'm yet to give this a proper listen, but I love the changes.

Stick To Your Guns. Amazing and hideous at the same time. I never thought i would hear bagpipes in a Bon Jovi song. Not a great combo IMO haha.

Looking forward to part 2. HAND with the original chorus would be cool

Did Obie or Jon mention anything as to when was Borderline with RS on lead vocals recorded?

Sounds pretty modern, the instrumental is the same as the released version and the "Can't see what I believe in, can't believe the things I see" line before the last chorus is also excluded, similarly to the released version.

It's clear that some people will just never be happy with anything. This is exactly what people have been asking for, they get it and it's not good enough. Give me a break!

Didn't Richie once do a version live with a trumpet? I though it was the most bizarre thing, but bagpipes? I guess this was the vibe he was going for...
