I can't check out the samples from Canada, has anyone confirmed what the Prayer/Thank you and goodnight version sounds like?

I'd assume it's the audio of that live "through the years" montage that was shown in there (and I think that had also been on backstage prior to that).

There's no samples yet, just track lengths.

Apart from Living On A Prayer I have never heard the 5.1 version. So this extended version of Raise Your Hands is going to be completely new for me.

The full live versions will surely be awesome. So still a bit excited, even without songs like Deep Cuts The Night, Too Much Too Soon, Borderline, etc, that obviously should have been on there.

Do we know where all live versions are from? From what I've seen thus far, it's basically rehashed from old releases etc. like on the extended version of the first album.

Wild In The Streets (Live in Cincinnati) Cincinnati Gardens, March 18, 1987
Livin' On A Prayer (Live in Detroit) Cobo Arena, March 11, 1987
Wanted Dead or Alive (Live in Detroit) Cobo Arena, March 11, 1987
Let It Rock (Live In NY) Nassau Coliseum, August 9, 1987

Wild In The Streets and Wanted have both been used as B-sides. The others don't have any official releases as far as I'm aware

Yep they didn't. Though I'm surprised at them choosing Nassau since Jon's voice was absolutely gone by then (it was the last show of the US tour).

Default Slippery When Wet: Deluxe Edition (2024)

I have to admit I am disappointed.

Like it has been said earlier on this thread, there are so many obvious songs that have been excluded. EOABH and Borderline were even officially released back then and EOABH was also on the box set in 2004. Jon has said himself that EOBH definitely should have made SWW.

And no Bad Name live.

I was hoping for at least a 3 CD set. Just like everyone else I guess.

I think that's even in the Boxset liner notes? "If cooler heads prevailed" is the quote I remember
