Slippery When Wet Picture Disc

To shorten the answer a bit - there was no proper TV broadcast of the SWW tour. MTV recorded footage at the Meadowlands New Year's Eve show in 1986 and two roadie tape leaks exist with Sydney and Vancouver.
Same goes for the Pro Shot leaks of Philly, Landover and Phoenix 1989. Tokyo 1988 was broadcasted and nearly in full (three songs omitted), but from what I've seen on backstage, fans actually have better quality versions than what they have.
Many of the "tinier" broadcasts in 1993 or 1995 featured the footage filmed by the stage cameras (like Quito 1995). But for the latter, it was found in the TV archive, but actually it had been stored on a standard VHS there. And there was a lot of decline.

Any idea why they haven’t done a Record store day release? Seems like that would be a great market for a niche EP or rareties.

Whether that's always been accurate or not - the BJ machine has been carterting to a fan base that buys JBJ calendars and socks with his signature on them (? or sth ?) for a long time. So at this point, that's probably who spends the most money on the band (i.e. not people who hang out at record stores)
