I can't believe it's going to be worse than Bounce

I hope they don't stop recording, like other bands

Best regards.

Why can't you believe it? Bounce was 8 years ago. The record insdustry has changed a tad since then.

They won't stop recording. The record has still sold between 2-3 million copies worldwide, and will no doubt hit around 4 million. Even Nickelback's latest album only reached 2 million in sales in the US. Their previous album sold 7 million copies.

When Bounce was released record stores actually promoted the album and put it on display. I've yet to find one CD store that proudly displays the new Bon Jovi album as the latest hit. Bounce also had a shitload of promotion and contained 2 hitsingles.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I really, really dont see where is the problem? Acutally, I found a similar topic about HAND and there was allso talking about it not selling well... And by now it has sold allmost 6m copies.

The Circle is around 1.6m now with the tour yet to start, with the second and third single yet to go out... Offcourse it could sell better, if there was some better promo, better single choice, etc... But it will sell very well.

There won't be a third single from the album. After the second single they will wait until they release the greatest hits package and release a single from that.

That sucks but it's probably true, I would have liked to have seen one of the more upbeat songs like Thorn in my side, Brokenpromisland or Happy now as a single. Oh well.....
