The fact that Susan Boyle has sold between 1.5 and 2 million albums is absolutely mind boggling to me. Every time I start to think maybe the Billboard Charts actually mean something, I look at that and realize, it doesn't. People are such followers. Michael Jackson hadn't sold crap in 17 years. He dies and every album starts selling millions of copies. Susan Boyle gets on TV because she's old and ugly but has a nice voice and sells millions of albums. Adam Lambert kisses a dude on TV, and he has a hit album. We live in a bizzare society.
