Yeah, I debated between "we go" and "we've gone". I could go either way.
(And since I've been so hung up on eee's and aay's, it occurred to me when I just wrote "debated" that the mystery word might be "debate". That could make sense with the "walking down these streets of blame". What do you think?)
I'm hearing the "a" you heard, too. Could it be a contraction or a lazy pronunciation of "all will ride" as in "It all'll ride on the choices..."?
