Its dumb because I disproved your 'lucrative music career" statement.

She is literally nothing and I stick by it. She is a young Bobby. Differnet time / different era but more or less the same. She makes a living playing her guitar but she is not famous nor a millionaire.

Comparing her to Bobby just doesn't make any sense either.

The fame doesn't hurt though. She was making a living as a band member for Alice and session work. No one Major ever recorded her vocally with them or gave her a lead mic. Her solo album was not a hit and for example she did not even sell out the Troubadour on Valentines with $6 advance, $10 door tickets, max capacity 400 if standing. Google celeb worth (yes, I'll admit I have) Richie comes in at about 65M - she does not even make the listing. He is the first one to add her as a feature and give her the microphone. She did record an album with her last BF, Nicolai something - it was a major fail and he quickly was no longer her BF - replaced with Richie.

I think their agendas are different and if it goes sour - he has much more to lose. Remember the Denise Richards break up - all he missed then was a red carpet and presenting an award to Willie Nelson. He flew back to LA, said to media was family (Ava) needed him then. Business & pleasure is a major gamble IMO. He's already on thin ice with a lot of fans - big gamble.

People read WAAYY too much into shit like this. Richie is a single older guy, Orianthi is a single young woman. They have a lot in common, are working together, have common interests and both have needs, they're not hurting anybody. And there's plenty of people that have very successful careers in the music business that aren't household names or millionaires, so I wouldn't say that they are all "literary" nothing. She's very much in demand as a session and touring player.....

Yeah and that's fine. If she is this worthless money grabber some are trying to make her out to be then the only way she could hurt him financially is by marrying him and that's not going to happen.

And as far as I know her, I can say that privately she's not what most of you guys here are saying she supposedly is. She's definitely not a greedy, bad-to-the-bone girl - she's very kind, warm and good-hearted person and I can't even imagine that she could use Richie's feelings to get to the top. Yes, she's ambitious, and she's trying to establish her posistion as a true rock star - but I am sure she wouldn't do it by all means necessary - especially manipulating anybody's feelings. If Ori and Richie are a couple - as far as I know her, that's just a normal love story that can happen between the co-workers

THE LATEST RICHIE SAMBORA NEWS

In just a week, RICHIE & CO will be heading over to the UK to kickoff a limited run of dates.

Beginning on JUNE 13 with a headlining club show in London and wrapping up with a solo date on JULY 3 in Glasgow, the brief mini-tour will cover 2 festivals, 10 headline shows and 7 countries. We know a lot of fans would love to see RICHIE perform in their country and city and this limited run won’t reach them but we’re going to try and ensure fans are part of the experience by keeping everyone up to date using social media. This website, Richie’s Twitter feed and Richie’s Facebook page will be updated regularly (and the team is in the process of bringing Richie’s YouTube page and Instagram account back to life.)

In the week before a tour, everyone involved is making final preparations. Tour cases are being packing and shipped, full of gear and clothing. Final travel plans are being organized. Richie is doing phone interviews with press outlets, talking about the upcoming shows (as well as the new music he’s working on and his collaborations with Orianthi.) And final touches are being put on new merchandise. Plus, we’re you’re in for some surprises along the way.
