The Richie Sambora & Orianthi album

Just saw this - yes I'd gamble she does a great deal of the social media and even fan club posts. There have been several times that her page and the/a fan page would be almost verbatim within minutes. Remember, she is the queen of delete (last week for example) so it's almost become a game to see who can screen shot before she deletes. I remember more than one post where it was written as if someone was talking about her - how talented for example and then she would inadvertently enter something in the first person. If English were a second language, I might could see someone making that kind of error but it's not nor was it foreign based fan sites. People used to ask her how she managed so many sites, she of course never answered - even asking how it felt to Retweet yourself? No, it wasn't me but I thought it amusing. Even traditional media - remember the Caribbean vacation pics in a couple of magazines, supposed candid's, paparazzi in hiding. Oops, she and even Ava had shared some of the same pics on social media Before they were in the articles - so much for candid. Marketing is one thing..... smh. She may have admins, Denise used to do a lot of Richie's along with others, even "fans" at one time had admin rights,(knew a couple on FB) but she is a lot of it. Then you add to it - if she blocks someone - so does the fan and sometimes the RSO pages at the same time. You have to admit, she has the time.

Obviously I'm not looking over anyone's shoulder but it's too many coincidences to not be logical - IMO.

So which is it? We should move on and stop speculating, or we should question Richie's part in why he was "replaced"? I don't think we can do both because that 2nd one sounds a whole lot like 'speculating' to me.

I don't think anyone was talking about Richie being replaced; I know for damn sure I wasn't. IMO, they'll be having snowball fights in Hell before that happens. Somebody else may play his guitar parts or stand to Jon's right; but as far as I'm concerned, replacing Sambora ain't gonna happen.

It wasn't about why Richie isn't in the band or holding anybody responsible. We were discussing lyrics like we've been doing for several pages. Eveline asked who we thought Richie was talking about in Backseat Driver. I told her I thought it was Shanks and explained why.

I don't mean to sound ugly, but I'm not taking the hit for trying to turn this one into Richiegate. If you really want people to move on and stop speculating about who's at fault and why, or to just stop talking about Richie altogether, I suggest you make the first step. Because when you raise the point, someone is likely to respond.

I don't remember because I don't even keep up with Twitter that much anymore, and I've never been a fan of FB or IG. The only reason I brought it up is because my friend, who is into all that stuff, was trying to determine for sure if RSOofficial was actually Ori's site or a street team's and wondered if you had found some way to confirm it. So I told her I'd ask.

If I understand you correctly, though, it sounds like you and she both were working off the assumption that Ori was doing the posts herself; primarily based on the near-simultaneous posting of the same information.

But couldn't the simultaneous posts happen in either case? I mean, couldn't a street team member repost in a matter of minutes if he or she had alerts turned on? I know you could do that on Twitter. I remember one girl who obviously had her alerts turned on because the very second Richie would tweet anything she was off to the races.

I guess there's really no way of knowing for sure.

Well, then, considering Richie's track record of twitter faux-pas, unfortunately she seems to be the perfect match for him!

I don't want to sound too harsh - just a little - but what do they do for work when they are not vacationing?

Richie has reached a level in life where he can work IF he wants or vacation all he wants. He's living the dream!

I don't think this album is going to be an any 'new music of the week' radar... it's most likely independent and will just get dropped

Well, didn't he choose an independent label (Dangerbird) for his last solo album as well?

He did and two weeks after it was released the CEO that signed him left the label and five months before it was released it got leaked by one of his own people unfinished. A lot went wrong and I don't see him wanting to go down that path again.

Ahh, I forgot about the leaking! That could be the case with RSO album atm. They are afraid of some unreliable labels and the big labels are unsure whether it's worth investing into such a questionable project...the vicious circle, my friends!
