For 2 good guitarists my question is....where’s the guitars? And why the awful drum machine?
I just don’t see why these 2 think this music is good. If they came out with all guitars blazing I’d think wow, this is why he left Jovi. But to leave for this? I don’t get it.
Truth isn’t bad. But I’d rather Richie’s vocals be in the foreground and not background

I read an industry article about Spotify a good while back - it takes close to 1 million plays, because it is a subscription service for the artist to bank around $5K. Now, as producer, writer and artist I would suspect their percentage is higher than the standard artist but that is why a lot of them avoid spotify - IE: Taylor Swift I don't know if it has changed as the article was a couple of years old but that's perhaps a good place to get some initial interest but it's not a profit center.
As to I-Tunes - they charted in 9 countries - none very high and left the top 100 within 4 days at the longest, 1 at the shortest:

Now the chart position does not really mean a lot unless you have something relative to how many sales that equals: This is the digital sales chart that changes every 24 hours showing sales for the prior 24 hours. I did not find this site until the EP had been out about 3 days and never saw it in the top 100. But, it does give you a general idea how many sales equal a certain position. Actually quite surprising to me - this is digital only and I doubt it would include any copies direct from their web site:

One theory - and mind you it's just that: BMG is a rather significant label - this is just testing the waters to see if there is an audience to the brand. Richie also said in a recent interview that it was doing well and that it would be 4 EP's.
That contradicts the 2 EP's followed by an album in Feb.
Saw where Jackie said something about a show in Chicago Oct. 31st - can't seem to find it and she does delete a lot of what she tweets. If they are smart, they will reschedule the Grammy Museum show (tickets were available for a bit, again per Ori tweet, don't know if still as it is only a 200 seat venue) ASAP before any interest they did generate dies down. Jovi being nominated for the HOF will maybe drive some traffic to "Where is Richie now?".
