Billboard 200, which it will be eligible for will update this coming Tuesday. It will list sales (including downloads, streaming and even enough you tube plays counts as 1 sale) starting from the Friday it released through Thursday on the chart. IF they are going to, this would be it as all the pre-orders count that day. Just like THINFS went back to #1 briefly when the ticket copies all went out. Now, being low on the list does not require a lot of sales, I can't find the chart now but it of course varies week to week depending upon competition but being 200 could be very low sales (I think last time I found the chart it was low hundreds).
People who didn't like it, are already done and they decided that one or two EP's back. People who did, have the EP's so some will want the physical copy and others will just download the new songs IF they want them. I saw a few people not happy, they thought it was going to be new music and not the EP's rehashed with a snippet of anything new.
As far as downloads - this source lists all download services and any position an album holds in any country they report, most.
This is a one day showing, as it would specify if more:
Album: Radio Free America
iTunes:
#15 Bermuda
#198 Netherlands
Also 95 on the Scottish version of Billboard
