Don't know why they would be using an old photo, unless they were just goofing off. But I don't think the photo is 11 years old. It looks like one of the Aftermath shots from around 2012.

(EDIT: But I could be wrong about that. I just checked and some of the 2012 and 2005 pics are very similar. The leather jacket does look like the one he wore at the 2005 Today show mini-concert.

RomanBand responded to someone and said it was "fan art" that was sent to him. So, I guess the Why? - would be up to them. Seems he would have noted that it was when he first posted it. It came across as something they were doing imo.

Oh if it's fan art then that's pretty much whatever. I mistakenly took it as a formally released promo pic.

Jackie - I'm 90 percent certain it's a promo shot from Have a Nice Day but now I'm not totally sure. I'll know once I'm home (I didn't take it as picking on)

I'm 99% sure it from the HAND promo era, for what it's worth.

My bad!

I can see that you were right, now that I'm home and I've had a chance to look at the shots more carefully. It just looked very similar to some of the b/w AOTL shots; and I wasn't following them when HAND was released so I didn't know about the promos for that. I stand corrected.
