If anything, the track lengths for some of these indicates that parts or some of the stories are included. Things like the band intro are likely cut.
I don't think he has judged it by that. But the London show had been bootlegged, so we can kind of estimate how much Jon had been talking. The radio broadcast from 2 weeks ago had most of the talking removed and the overall length seems to much the latter much more than the unedited version.

This is a move I don't understand. Even as a hardcore fan, I can't see buying an album I already have in a live format. Now, if it was New Jersey or Keep The Faith recorded during a live show from the era, absolutely. But we all know how shitty the band sounds live now. Honestly, I'm surprised Jon would even want to release anything live. Then again, this is the same guy who thought One Wild Night was a good idea for a live album.

Do you know if this album is going to be release worldwide in physical shops for example?

I'm guessing, and this is just a guess, Tidal has dibs on this release....

I'm doing the same thing as I have the same shows you do. It's already apparent the band intro is completely cut before Scars On This Guitar despite it being in the edited broadcast version.

I'm not too fussed as we have the full show available, but it's a shame that those that are not collectors that might pick this up are missing out on part of what made these shows so great.

I think it's a good idea and quite a few here find this particular show to be quite enjoyable and in some cases actually prefer it over the studio album. The band didn't sound shitty at all, so throw that out the window. Some people prefer Roller Coaster as done at these shows over the studio version. Born Again Tomorrow is another with the drums being organic. It's a cool release with an excellent sound mix, assuming it is not messed with in that regard.

I put my order for the album in at Walmart.com this morning. At least I won't have to set foot in the store.

And I say Amen to that my friend, lets hear it for the internet. I went into a Walmart exactly once and it was a horrible experience - and even then it was for a Bon Jovi record. Now I can at least order online since I don't have one even close to me, it's quite a drive.

I can only guess that your town and all of the others around it have declared they don't want any WalMart darkening their their neighborhoods! Yes, like you, the last time I went to a Walmart was for a Bon Jovi album.

The free shipping was a nice surprise!

I can pop into Wal-Mart on my drive into work if I leave a few minutes early to give myself time to run into the store, living in the middle of what you two would consider nowhere. My issue will be do they have the album out that early? Do they have it at all?

However we can all agree that we hate the store. LOL
