In a nutshell Bon Jovi are roughly 15th in the all time selling artists.
They are roughly the 4th biggest selling Rock artist.
see list below (insert Jovi above Metallica as this list is without Jovi to show who they compare to - Jovi have 142.2 sales)

1 Led Zeppelin – 195,656,000
2 U2 – 192,491,000
3 Fleetwood Mac – 143,239,000
4 Metallica – 137,628,000
5 Guns N Roses – 115,171,000
6 Nirvana – 87,573,000
7 Coldplay – 83,237,000
8 Linkin Park – 74,119,000

This is the list of who they are in and around - good company.

AC/DC
The Beatles
The Bee Gees – well, if you put them among “rock” bands
The Eagles
Pink Floyd
Queen
The Rolling Stones

further research to be done on.

Aerosmith
The Beach Boys
Dire Straits
Santana

Interesting how JBJs solo albums go towards the total sales but Richies dont.

So with streaming included (and made relevant to album sales) BJ have sold the equivalent of 142.2m albums.
Roughly 132m are hard copies. The rest is streaming plays converted to album sales. You have to have a certain amount of streams on an album for it to be classed as 1 sale.

The below list are the real "greatest hits" as these are their individual sales.

1 1986 Livin’ on a Prayer [Slippery When Wet] – 23,110,000
