Awesome If Tilda had Rage of Angel, Color Me In and All We Are to have 20 songs. And leave out some of the others as We Dont Run Or Good night NY that will be included in other editions.

If this is the case,
I would proceed to add the Tidal exclusive release with my current iTunes Deluxe preorder purchase as well as the Target Exclusive edition.
Is there been any confirmation from Jovi headquarters over the past year that validates songs by those names (Rage of Angels, Color Me In, & All We Are) even exist?

Yes. They were registered legally so they exist. The upload date predates a lot of the songs for this album so there's no certainty what Jon wrote/co-wrote them for.

Tidal is tweeting the album is out oct 21. This might be why it was delayed. I think they're getting the exclusive early release. I know they paid for all the music videos, probably in exchange for this.

The album will be leaked within 48 hours!

I think it's a mistake, I do not think the album comes out 10/21

Look at that wording. Exclusively on Tidal. Its not exclusive if it's released the same day as Spotify, itunes and physical release. If they're saying 10/21 and exclusive then that makes more sense than some typos on twitter.
