It's my Life wasn't bad at all... much better than I expected. Runaway was good too. Bad Medicine on the other hand was pretty rough.

It's a totally different style of singing for Jon. I think he must have been working with a coach and relearning how to sing from scratch, so no wonder he seems unsure of himself vocally.

The new style is going to take some getting used to when it comes to the old songs...it's a bit hit and miss, but it's definitely an improvement on how they've sounded over the last few years...

Nope.

Unless you count 3 years as more than "few", because 2013 performances, as bad as they often were, shit on these ones, vocally.

Wow Bad Medicine in H.Stern sound very interesting :O I hate that song live but I really liked that one. It's very different than he used to perform. In Runaway on beginning he sound like he was singing in 1983. Very strange but i like it.
New technique of singing or new microphone or fillters?
I like how band and David sound on this new live performances.

IML was weak ;D very weak...

If you have Sirius, the Howard show is reairing now. Bon Jovi isn't on yet. I noticed the links said "highlights" so I wonder if it's the whole interview. I heard the first 40 minutes this afternoon in the car and they hadn't got to anything about Sinatra and had only played Runaway at that point.
