I actually kinda like it. At least it's not out of the vanilla bean mix like THINFS. Agree the mix sucks and Jon's voice is what it is at this point. But I also don't really mind that the drums and keys are more present; it's distinct, and why not have a song were Dave and Tico shine more, especially with Richie gone? At least it's not the same damn wall of guitar white noise that has dominated the post-HAND era.

The only thing I dislike a lot is the "BOOM" "BOOM" "BOOM". Just bad.

Yes.

I 've never heard the expression "vanilla bean mix" before, and context aside I suppose I would have little clue on what it means but I think this sentence sums up the main point: It sounds like something a bit more ambitious and less generic as an idea. And even if the realization (i.e recording/production) is not the best, it is by default different than what we are very used to lately, and that is positive.

Yeah, it Sounds really fresh and catchy. Also got nice Keyboard and drums. Has quite "mass appeal" imo (as far as I can tell from 30 seconds).

I would have turned the guitar up a Bit and Released it as First Single, because it Says more "new era" to me than THINFS. But personally, i find it rather mediocre right now.

I dont think knockout will be released tomorrow.

Seeing how BJ were doing the countdown thing for THINFS theres been nothing about Knockout from them. Its only that website that says it will be out tomorrow.

For all those talking about already hearing the chorus...to me it sounds like another two staged chorus as with THINFS and the "coming home". As the clips fades it seems to pick up a little. This is the problem with 30 second clips - everyone is a bit too quick to judge!
