It's got nothing to do with Jon now....the CDs will have been distributed all over the world and someone is waiting for the go-ahead to get them out on the shop floor. If someone happens to get their hands on a copy and uploads it, then the deed has been done and no-one, not even Jon, can stop it spreading.
I think it'll leak in the next 10 or so days. Just a feeling.
