The album is not available only on spotify. In the others streaming services it's ok. (Google Play, Itunes, Tidal..)

Yes. This track is available now as well as it's apparently on the Walmart deluxe version according to another fan here on this board.

I can't remember what thread it's in, so I'll ask here...

Of the songs on ASCAP, did get them all except Rage of Angels?

Tidal had them with 19, Target/Japan right behind with 18.

Actually, I have to applaud Jon for being so generous with the music. THINFS Album, 19 tracks + BB Album, 11 tracks + Beautiful Day track = 31 tracks - WDR new mix = 30 tracks. That is fantastic. All this in a year, and in 2014 we obtained the unpublished songs of New Jersey.

Yes. We were complaining about the low ammount of outtakes and bonus tracks the last few albums and we got SEVEN bonus tracks and two albums in two years. Great stuff.
