Technically, you have reason, Itunes <FLAC / Lossless / CD. But my ears say otherwise in albums according to type, especially recent albums mastered by itunes.

I notice that the sound is cleaner, clearer. The CD, despite having higher quality, feels the bass makes appreciate not so clear.

I can hardly find the words in English to explain, sorry.

Even if the sound of the entire album can be heard in better quality elsewhere,
I have to express that after kicking up the sound quality in the personal settings feature on Tidal and listening/streaming the album with my 11 year old daughter via dual headphones,
this was one of those musical experiences that we will never forget and brings new life for me to all 19 of the tracks.
The really cool thing is...
I think my daughter may look back on this release as her classic Jovi album in
15-20 years and frankly, I can understand why.
