I don't get it, will Shanks be in the upcoming videos? Or is he just standing by the side watching another guy miming his parts?

He's been in the promo shots for the Come On Up To Our Hose video, as well. Don't know about the other ones, but since he's appearing everywhere with the band at the moment, chances are he'll be in the videos too. Don't know why he wasn't in THINFS and Knockout, though.

Anybody else having trouble

I have the HiFi subscription for a month, maybe that's the difference. On my PC with Chrome it worked immediately. Very good video and nice that the band isn't in it since I actually doubt that it would've worked with that storyline.
