"From this list, Bon Jovi’s latest album This House Is Not For Sale was the only one that actually made it to the top spot on the Billboard 200. While it may have been a No. 1 record for a single frame back in November, the album now owns the distinction of being the title with the largest drop off from the peak of the albums tally. The week after it started in the lead position,*House*plummeted out of the top 40 entirely, settling at No. 43 in week two. That’s the largest descent from No. 1 ever recorded, and it doesn’t get much better after that. Those ended up being the only two weeks it would remain within the top 100 at all. The album has also now spun off eight singles (with a ninth on its way), but not one of them has charted on the Hot 100, even for a week.

So in other words, hardcore fans bought it when it was first released and they have attracted next to no new fans with their new material.
