"In this dirt I was born in one" sounds close, but without context, it could be anything. The ton of backing vocals doesn't help.

I'm kinda aware of this. On the other hand I'll never stop thinking about the live versions. That's what made me a true Bon Jovi fan back then. Even I could be the singer of the song if someone's gonna "repair" it afterwards.

So this is a song about having a dream and chasing it, till you find the Bright Lights." - Aldo Nova.

It's about as shreddy as the solo in I'm With You, which is as much as would fit the type of band Bon Jovi are nowadays.

After my first listen I think it's the best Bon Jovi song we've gotten in 10 plus years. Is it perfect? No! But considering the man and the band we have now, I will take this in a heartbeat. I love it and it's nice to know Bon Jovi will continue without Sambora... We need more of this

Rest of the song:
Take me to the banks of your muddy water
We're the flesh and blood and the spirit ???

To find salvation
You're the only reason that I still believe

So, no actual bridge in that one - appropriately enough.
Clever!

How about this for the missing lines?

Take me to the banks of your muddy water
Where the flesh and blood and the spirit meet
It only takes your touch for me to find salvation
You're the only reason that I still believe. (I'm)

Not afraid...
