It's not a question of bigger. These Days was released in a different time. Downloading wasn't so rampant. Most people on this board (not me) prefer TD to HAND, but the fact of the matter is, HAND, at least in the US, goes over FAR better than anything from TD.

As someone else said, you're confusing your personal preference over facts. Others on this board sinply aren't blind to the obvious.
