Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a list of other cities where it will be shown. If those are the only places, most of us are SOL. Let's see -- St. Louis is the closest for me. That's only a 550+ mile drive . . . each way! I think I'll wait for Showtime.

From what I understand, those are the ONLY locations where the documentary where be shown as far as the big screen.
