Default 10 Biggest Brain Damaging Habits

>1. No Breakfast People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the rain causing brain degeneration.
>2. Overeating It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a

>3. Smoking It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
>4. High Sugar consumption Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of

Its called the Buffalo theory.

It goes that drinking in excess kills the brain cells much like a heard of animals, like buffaloes, the slow and dying are killed off. Leaving only the stongest brain cells left, therefore leaving a stronger brain.

Good way to think about it.... But it wasn't just the Buffalo dying off.... Native Americans killed most of the them off... (Biggest Source needed to survive.) So are Indians really killing off my brain cells when I drink?
