looks, like you were the only one to understand this, so probably the only one without brain damage yet

I sleep with a blanket over my head a lot and consume enough sugar to supply a Krispy Kreme factory for years. LOL. I guess that's not too bad. And I know I feel better when I'm reading a lot, or doing crossword puzzles. It seems that it stimulates my brain. I'm actually a happier person when I'm really using my brain more. I do get plenty of sleep though, pollution isn't really a big problem where I live and no smoking!

alcohol definetely affects your memory in a bad way.

If I have a right session it'll mess my head up for days and I mean remembering things I should know, not just what happened when i was drinking.

Same goes for drinking regularly but to a lesser extent.

My memories definetely stronger when I cut back on the drink.

Err..I think it is a people thing. I don't do that, only for that simple fact that I can't breathe if the blanket is over my head.

I never have breakfast, I smoke, I sleep 4 to 5 hours a day and I don't even know how much sugar I eat.
Thank God drinking isn't on there.
