You're not right either. So the ACLU says that the heterosexual laws are lighter. Here's a fact: none of you know the circumstances of this case. The ACLU makes big deals out of everything. So this kid was 14. At a DD facility, how do you know that he didn't have the mentality of a 3 or 5 year old? How is he able to give consent then? The facts surrounding this case have not been stated, just the outcry over this 18 year old being gay. The sentence has already been upheld in the court of appeals. Don't you think you may be missing some important information in this case? The key part of this story is that it was a DD kid. You all act like you know all there is to know about the circumstances.
