a few points here.

as stupid as it sounds. performing a sexual act is entering into a contract whetherits spoken or implied, its still a contract

now to have a contract you need 2 people: which we have

you need consensus in idem which means both parties involved agreeing on the same thign which we can assume we have

BUT the parties also need capacity to contract ie are able to. right off the bat you need to be 18 to fully capacitate to contract, 16 in some cases with limited liability.

so the kid involved is out on that one straight away but you also need to be mentally sound and able to enter into a contract which neither of them are.

Point being. from a legal point of view they're ****ed whether they both wanted to and were able to.

yup.

anyways back to the subject in hand. he should be locked away in a mental home for the fact it's his 3rd offence cos jail is not the place for him but he does need to be kept away from other people for his own good.

But one has to ask exactly where he is mentally if he knows wtf a blow job is?...... think about it when your 10 you're not exactly gasping for one and not much more so at 12 so he must have a fairly high mental age as far as all this is concerned.

Youngsters can be swayed into things like that. I know people who went through things like that when they were young and thats why im so disgusted ive seen the damage its done!.
