I would say hands down Singapore Airline, I flew with them to Australia and it was amazing. Quite a bit of leg room, even in economy and they were forever walking around with drinks and noodles and fruit. The food was really good too. I also liked having my own personal TV... it was great - makes going to Australia again doable!

And the monorail between the terminals is quite fun to spend time on while you're bored...
