k statutory rape isnt much better but the legal age here is 16 so if ur 16 u can pretty much have sex with whoever u want no matter how mature or immature u r about the whole thing. obviosuly obies got done somewhere the age is higher but its the same principal, 17 isnt exactly the age of innocence anymore.
now onto pressing matters. who the **** would get any sexual gratification out of a 12 year old and feel the need to rape 1? i hope he gets set on fire in jail but not before his genitals get cut off. and theres a good chance it'll happen too.
