I also believe that the US government are covering up the Roswell incident, but they would be too stupid to have their base at Area 51.
There is probably a military base in some desolate place (Canada,) and they are still working on whatever they found at Roswell New Mexico, July 1947.

Also, the first microchip was created not long after the Roswell incident. Co-incidence?...I think not.
