i doubt you'd get sued for it to be honest unless you put the floyd rose name on it but if it's reallyb othering you i'd go for a PRS or some other similar "pointy" headstock rather than a classic shape like a les paul if it's going to be a shreddy looking guitar.

just had a look at my friends site and it doesn't have a contact number and i know he's having trouble with his computer so your best bet would be to get his details from yell.com just type in wyre river guitars in blackpool and your bro will be sorted. he got a good review in total guitar a few years back.

cool thats decent prices for the neck and body.

ill tell my bro he's been going on about getting someone to build him a sambora cherry burst strat and that seems pretty reasonable for the body and neck.

i was wondering how far i could go before it became a lawsuit copy. cos gibson managed to sue prs for a lookalike guitar, but in my opinion that was a load of bollocks, because if you're gonna be spending over a grand on a guitar you're gonna know the difference between the two aren't ya.

yeah but if you're not passing it off as a prs or floyd guitar then it shouldnt be a problem. most guitarists wouldnt even look at it and know it was copied from a FR design like they would a fender or gibson headstock.

the prs gibson thing was more to do with something stupid like the knob placement and configuration infringing on a gibson copyright or something as opposed to any aesthetic thing.

a reverse jackson head would look better than a normal one, but youd have to be careful with it.

the last few songs on the recording arent too bad but i wanna cut out alot of the first 45mins or so,
