Good show, but not a patch on seeing either joe satriani or steve vai play a whole gig by themselves! I guess that was down to having robert fripp as the 3rd guitarist, v boring, he sat on a stool in the corner when it came to the g3 jam!

at last we're getting this "contest" of the ground. some good attempts coming in, shame you still have a freaky hand gaz. from the sounds of it, amputation is your only option.

I'm liking the randy solo aswell, for some reason i can't get my head round randy's solo's. they just don't seem to stick in my head. its the same with metallica solo's. i guess there's a lot of speed in them and i'm not quite fast enough yet. i can only really play solo's that i can hum back to myself. but i'm getting faster by the day. i'm trying to stay one step ahead of the game here, i know song's like wild in the streets, KTF and bad medicine are gonna come up at some point so im trying to brush up on the harder richie solos. please give plenty of notice if we're gonna do things like next 100 years, dry county end solo etc...i'll need to learn them from scratch

Hi, thanks for that to build up speed its just a case of practice, practice and more practice. I use crazy train as like a warmup lick to get my hands going, its a decent recording but i have done better in the past but as i said its usually when im not recording.

Andy
