it's so much easier with a 6 string. With the 12 string you can have played the intro perfectly right until the end and then you don't catch one of the strings and it just sounds horrid because it hasn't got the octave note (sorry can't think of the technical term for it). that pisses me off so much and i just get really frustrated, then i start to play like shit.
Although, when played properly it sounds much better on the 12 string than a 6.
