Stressy, aren't you? I am as free to post my opinions on anything vaguly connected with a topic as people are to post what annys you so VERY much. I wasn't aware this was such a strictly governed topic, espessially given how off track some topics get I think you should be happy I was even vaguly on point.

I'm having a conversation with you and suddenly I have no life? well that was harsh, although I'll admit that at this current moment in time I have nothing better to do than talk to you, at least for the next 15 minutes. Also I wasn't aware I was annoying you, but I'll stop.

Toodles.

Aloha !

I also think that giving a reply just by leaving an emoticon is very useless. They add nothing to the conversation. But, I understand the point Jaguar is giving, it could express just a way of expression. But by ónly leaving an emoticon you don't add anything. And when you don't add anything to a conversation, you're just someone with a backstage level.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I must say that it gets on my nerves too, not just because a lot of people do it, but because they do it all the time. You can sometimes read pages and pages of replies of just smilies, and I think that any posts with just smilies in shouldn't be counted as posts in our post count.

If they weren't counted, choc would only have about half the amount of posts she does, as would other people (didn't mean to single her out, just the only name that sprung to mind). That means that it isn't fair on the rest of us, who only post sensibly.

Yeah, I didn't mean her only, just that I couldn't think of anyone else at the time I posted, lol.
