All the people who use emoticons

Of course it's a fake one, but she probably is stupid enough to believe it's a real one, but still she's not saying a simple thing, since her face shows enough emotion. If it would be on a messageboard she'd probably using an emoticon...

Not really, it's true, she does use a lot of emoticons. A lot of other people do it too, and any posts made up only of emoticons shouldn't be added to our total posts.

between the lot of you know though you've done numerous posts of very few words...

Choclady does very long-posts often - especially on the Iraq threads... maybe you're just not well-read enough to make comments like that

i said just "harsh" because i was trying to avoid an argument, but i'm well up for one if you want to begin and then i'll reply...

So you think that it is OK to have a post of ONLY emoticons?

I have trawled through page after page of it sometimes, where posts go off topic, and end up with hundreds of emoticons, and no dialogue.


So you're saying I'm stupid? I aced my English Language GCSE, and have made a lot of good posts in a lot of topics on this board. Also, I am only 17, which is younger than a lot of people on this board, but manage to understand and keep up with some of the more complicated and interesting posts here.

also how many 2000 word posts have you done, because if you wish to check around you'll find i've done a couple but it doesn't mean i should get 40 posts for it...

also are you really bothered if someone has a lot of posts or not? it's not about numbers

Exactly, this is not a competition. And thomas, i can only say that sometimes an emoticon speaks more than words.
