Default Am I dishonest???

So I was at Asda today and I bought some stuff one thing being a 24 pack of beers. I get to the checkout and the women hasnt charged me for the beer, (I think she put it over the bleeper thing but it didnt go off and she didnt realise). So I know quite clearly when she gives me my change that the beer hadnt registered but I didnt say anything...

Am I really bad for doing that??? I mean its not like I nicked it its not my fault they didnt charge me for it.

Had that been you would you have said something??? Be Honest!!!

Bah ... not your fault.

It happened to everyone even once.

When i'm at the shop i don't see things like that of course but when i am the customer well ........ life is expensive

Just tonight the woman at the supermarket forgot to count the bread, i didn't realise until i was already on the carpark, i didn't go back saying oh you forgot to count this ! no ... too late, her mistake. I wasn't hiding it or anything and didn't realise at all ....

Don't feel bad, there will be no mistake in her cash, no "hole" as apparently it wasn't "bipped" don't know how you say that in english. And it's not a big big prob for the shop, so don't feel bad
And do you think if it was her she'd tell the woman she forgot to count it ?

One day there was this young employee learning the new job at the cash desk. I bought some curtains, and her boss was not too far from her just incase she'd make a mistake and she didn't seem a nice person AT ALL. The young one made a mistake and asked me half of the price (two curtains, she counted one lol) so i told her ...... My husband told me i was really stupid. But i know how it works in this shop, the person who cuts the curtains write on the paper the price and at the cash desk they keep this paper for counting when they close. So the boss would have seen the mistake and this poor young girl could have been fired for that ....

the best is when you get given the wrong change, they give you more than you give them!

I would have said something or felt incredibly guilty if I hadn't. I think if I were you, I'd drink a couple of beers to numb the guilt.

Last time I went to Costco, they didn't ring up two cases of Starbucks frappuccino but they rang up my mom's socks twice. When we left and they checked the receipt they noticed the mistake with the socks and had us go to customer service to get the money back, but didn't notice the coffee, so I got free coffee.
